The loss of a loved one or the loss of something else very dear to you can be a very hard time to navigate through.

The pain is real and while no one knows exactly what you are going through there is a better way to manage the pain and reduce the time.

Grief has been studied over generations and science has boiled it down to the 4 stages of grief.

The stages are: Acceptance, Managing emotions, Finding meaning and purpose, and finally Moving forward.

These are four distinct stages that we all pass through in order to not get stuck and finally heal from the trauma.
